I am going to tell you that how can you reduce the size of video file without loosing its resolution.
You have follow some instructions..
First of all you have to download a Software " Hand Brake"

So guys after downloading this application. Open this application and then select a video from source menu of that application which video you want to reduce.
Then choose a destination for your converted video. Destination means the output folder of converted video.
You can see the interface of this software in this image.
Now click on Start. Then it will begin converting and then you can use this converted file to share on internet or anywhere over the internet. and you can also upload this less size video on youtube..
